Hoor Academy

From humble beginnings in 2015, with a first student cohort of 45, Hoor Academy now offers both secular and Islamic studies to children of the local community in Kikambala and other deserving students from further afield.

We currently have 175 students in our primary school to KEPSEA level, comprising approimately equal numbers of boys and girls. We are justifiably proud of our students’ exam performance since inception.

Our Tahfeez stream is a prime feature of our religious education offering ably led by Ustadh Omar Muhammad. The first graduate of this programme, our star student Maahir, completed the course with flying colours in May 2023.

The current graduation programme (30th November 2025) will award completion certificates to 3 Tahfeez graduates, InshaAllah.
